A hat bar lets every guest design their own hat. They choose a style, browse a menu of patches and designs, pick where everything goes, and our team presses it on in front of them. Names, initials and numbers can be added on the spot, and laser-engraved leather patches give it a premium finish.
It's built for speed and throughput, using the same professional heat press setup we run for live merch at conferences and brand activations, where each press handles dozens of pieces an hour. Your logo, campaign art, sponsor marks and event graphics all go on the design menu, so your brand ends up on every hat that walks out the door.
